A completely new vacation resort is being built at the location of the current campsite, De Fontein in Eibergen, by the beautiful lake. With a contemporary, luxurious appearance and a wonderful beach feeling, the resort will be anything but standard. It sets the tone for a unique vacation experience with tranquility and nature standing out.

Construction will start in 2025. The campsite will gradually make room for more than a hundred recreation homes; optionally with or without a wellness area and varying in size and style.

Everything comes together here

The sand strip at the lake will be widened to realize the Beach Cubes right on the beach. All of the more than 100 vacation rentals are detached, located on spacious lots of their own land, and each has a beautiful view thanks to the architect's unique design. In addition to the vacation rentals, the resort will also have a new central reception desk, a resort store for essential groceries, and—on the beach with an astounding view—a beautiful hospitality area to relax and have a drink and something to eat

The recreation homes at De Fontein resort are offered for sale in four different types. All homes are wooden–frame homes, without gas, well insulated, and meet contemporary housing requirements. Each accommodation has its own outdoor area with a wooden–deck patio.
