What does Zeeland have to offer you?
At Resort Knuitershoek in Ossenise, Zeeland, you will enjoy plenty of peace and quiet. An attractive, low-traffic park with 50 detached vacation villas. The seawall of the Western Scheldt is within walking distance and the shell beach offers a panoramic view.
If you vacation at our park you will find beautiful hiking, mountain biking, and cycling routes through the many natural areas in the region. There are routes for both experienced active people as well as beginners.
You are near the Verdronken Land van Saeftinge which is a huge nature reserve on the border with Belgium. This was a town in the 16th century, now it has been transformed into a salt marsh area. It comes highly recommended for bird enthusiasts.
The Western Scheldt is an estuary of Zeeland and is within walking distance of your home. There are several hiking and biking routes here that will show you what is special about the Western Scheldt.
Zeeland, naturally, is known for its beautiful beaches, lighthouses, and many opportunities for water sports. For example, you can go surfing, kiting, windsurfing, boating, fishing or just relaxing on the beach.

For the really large cities, Antwerp, Middelburg, and Vlissingen are commonly visited! Here you will also find several museums, galleries, authentic stores, cinemas, and theaters.
Visit one of the surrounding villages such as Goes, Hulst, or Terneuzen. Here you will find nice stores, terraces, nice cafes, and cozy food and drink places.
Highly recommended in the area are Museum Plantin-Moretus with the oldest printing presses in the world, the flood museum, or the boulevard of Vlissingen.
