December construction update

Contractor Loffts is on the job

Construction work at our resort is in full swing! Contractor Loffts is working hard to build new homes, currently there are 14 home on site and all of these homes are being completed. The Loffts plant also produces new homes, which will soon be placed on site. This means we are making great strides in creating a beautiful recreational environment for both our future residents and tenants.

Infra Kooiker lays the foundation for the future

Infra Kooiker is also busy installing all of the cables and pipelines, an essential step in the infrastructure of Phase 1 as well as Phases 2 and 3. This work will ensure that all homes and facilities can be perfectly connected to future utilities.

First homes already available in the HUB rental environment!

The first homes of type Welvaren and Koperbaay are now listed on the HUB rental platform so that they can be rented out during the summer period. We look forward to a wonderful summer break with happy tenants and high occupancy.

Sustainability first: construction of frog habitats to start soon

By the end of this month, we expect to begin construction of special frog habitats so that frogs can migrate naturally and safely. This initiative perfectly fits within the sustainable vision of our eco resort. We combine leisure with nature conservation and ensure a harmonious balance between people and the environment. In addition, depending on the progress, the construction of the retaining walls for the 4 “De bezinning” type properties can also be started.

Demolition of old restroom building scheduled for February

To make room for new development, the demolition of the old restroom building may be scheduled this month. This will mark another step in the modernization and optimization of the resort.

Finally

The coming weeks will be characterized by further construction developments, during which, of course, we will continue to keep you informed. Do you have any questions, or would you like more information about the progress? Please feel free to contact us.
