Construction update September

We have good news from Zeeland! Having also obtained the permit for the 2nd phase, the construction of this new phase has begun in the meantime. And we are progressing well.  The outlines of this brand new phase are already showing themselves and the first vacation villas will be completed by the end of this year.  The letting of the vacation villas from phase 1 is also exceeding expectations. We already have an occupancy rate as high as 65%. And after just six months!
