How does the purchase of a vacation home work?

Have you always dreamed about having a vacation home you can enjoy yourself, but which also is a reliable investment? HUB Resort is the right (vacation) place to go! Here you buy a vacation home on private plot that remains stable in value. We always build in accordance with the building decree, which means we build energy-efficiently. The HUB Resorts parks are in attractive locations, ensuring a high occupancy rate. This of course has a positive impact on your rental yields, which we pay out monthly.  You can check the occupancy of your home, your private use, and the financial statements in your personal HUB portal. Easy as that!

What is our process when you are interested in buying a vacation home?

Step 1 - Orientation phase

We like to go for a personal approach. After all, it is an important decision for you, which you only want to take after proper deliberation. We fully understand that, which is why we always take our time with you. If you have seen a resort or vacation home on our website that you might prefer, we will send you the brochure with all relevant information, no strings attached. We will also always contact you by phone so we can immediately answer any questions you may have.

Step 2 - Plan a viewing

After that we schedule an appointment. Preferably on the project location, because that is where we can best inform you about our new vacation resorts. We do this using detailed models and beautiful videos featuring impressions of the planned resort. You'll get an excellent impression this way, and we think that is very important. We will of course also show you the plot, so you can see the location of your future vacation home.

Step 3 - The purchase agreement

If, based on the viewing, you decide to proceed with the purchase, we will of course fully guide you. We can connect you with our mortgage advisors, or can provide you with fiscal advice. We of course also completely take you through the agreements that are part of the purchase of your vacation home. We can do this at your home or at our office in Veenendaal.

Step 4 - Completion

Once the agreements have been signed we will send them to our regular notary. After that you will be invited to the handover, and then you can really start having fun and making money! Since we stay involved long-term in all our resorts through the rentals and management, we remain easily reachable. You will have a contact person who is always available to you. That too is care-free joy!

What do we stand for at HUB Resorts?

We always deliver our high-grade vacation homes key ready. That includes a complete and atmospheric inventory. You can of course choose between several inventory packages, so you will have the interior you feel home in. You will also always buy the plot from us as well. So never on ground lease basis. The management department at HUB Resorts also uses a MYMP, short for Multi-Year Maintenance Plan. We draft the entire document and after board approval will present it to HOA. That's how you can be sure there won't be any financial surprises later. We make a reservation for major maintenance every month. This is actually already part of your park fees.
