The HUB Resorts parks are in attractive locations, ensuring a high occupancy rate. This of course has a positive impact on your rental yields, which we pay out monthly. You can check the occupancy of your home, your private use, and the financial statements in your personal HUB portal. Easy as that!

What do we stand for at HUB Resorts?
We always deliver our high-grade vacation homes key ready. That includes a complete and atmospheric inventory. You can of course choose between several inventory packages, so you will have the interior you feel home in. You will also always buy the plot from us as well. So never on ground lease basis. The management department at HUB Resorts also uses a MYMP, short for Multi-Year Maintenance Plan. We draft the entire document and after board approval will present it to HOA. That's how you can be sure there won't be any financial surprises later. We make a reservation for major maintenance every month. This is actually already part of your park fees.
